Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment online. Tracking details will also be available in your account on our website.

Return & Exchange Policy

Aunt Lana’s is committed to customer service and satisfaction.

Aunt Lana’s provides a 30 day refund or exchange to all products. This begins from the date received and ending on the date shipped.

 

To qualify for a refund or exchange

Products(s) must be unused and kept in the same condition received.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

When the returned product(s) is received, a notification via email will be sent to you.  

Once product(s) is inspected and approved/not approved for refund a second notification via email will be sent to you.

If applicable, a refund will be submitted and applied to your method of payment. Once this is complete a final notification via email will be sent to you.

The refund/or exchange will be processed approximately 30 days following the date the refund is approved.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) Shipping charges may apply.

We exchange products within reason.

When the returned product(s) is received, a notification via email will be sent to you.  

 

Once product(s) is inspected and approved/not approved for exchange a second notification via email will be sent to you.

If applicable, an exchange will be submitted, processed and shipped. Once this is complete a final notification via email will be sent to you.

 

Any further payment required needs to be complete prior to shipping.

If applicable, a refund will be submitted and applied to the original method of payment. Once this is complete a final notification via email will be sent to you.

 

The exchange will be processed approximately 30 days following the date the exchanged is approved.

·      Product(s) must be in the original packaging.

·      The receipt and/or proof of purchase must accompany the product(s).

·      Gift card and/or proof of gift must accompany the product(s)

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
 

Gift items (if applicable)

Only straight exchange or store credit voucher will be issued to the Giftee.

All refunds will be issued to the Giftor and applied to the original method of payment.
